A futuristic project: a panoramic terrace in the heart of the quarries
Carrara as in the Grand Canyon. As in the most beautiful and evocative places in the world.
In the name of eco-stenible tourism with the quarries, nature and their breathtaking views at the center. This is the calling card, the curriculum, of one of the marble projects, those, to be clear, linked to Article 21 (and to the duration of the concessions whose expiration is still frozen by the Tar) that must have repercussions on the territory.
The project in question, registered in recent days in the municipal offices, and surrounded by the utmost confidentiality (there will be a dedicated presentation given the importance of the intervention) has Cooperative Gioia as its lead partner.
And, needless to say, the excavation co-op, a veritable mountain behemoth, has definitely thought big. To a panoramic terrace, made with transparent panels and a removable structure therefore with zero impact on the mountains, overlooking Kobra’s David and the heart of the Apuan Alps. Two excellences together, marble quarries and an Apuan engineer (born in 1973) who has won successes all over the world. The synergy has produced one of the most impressive of the Article 21-related projects. With spin-offs, at least on paper, significant in terms of tourism.[…]
